Brian has more than 25 years of experience helping global companies and federal agencies manage business, information, and cybersecurity risk. He has worked with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and CISOs in a range of industries including banking, insurance, not for profit, higher education, retail, technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and federal / state government.
Brian is a published author and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) who provides both strategic and technical IT and cybersecurity consulting. He is skilled in all phases of cybersecurity, from security management and reporting through implementation and security operations. He possesses substantial knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Mazars USA, Brian was a Managing Director at a large public accounting firm, where he established and grew their cybersecurity practice, creating a true center of excellence in the Northeast region. He also spent nearly a decade providing technical services as a consultant at the federal government level.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
