Sabine is an international tax lawyer with a long-term experience in financial services, dealing in particular with fund regulatory and tax issues.
She is specialised in the asset management and investment fund sector focusing on regulatory, tax and deal advisory in inbound as well as outbound cases.
She successfully assists with cross-border transactions, in particular in the French-German context, and helps private as well as institutional investors managing their tax issues at an international level. She has a proven experience in handling specific client issues thanks to her intercultural and pragmatic background as a former in-house counsellor for diverse asset management companies. She has an excellent knowledge of foreign fund vehicles and is a strong and creative player in the field of investment funds.
At Mazars, Sabine divides her time between Frankfurt and Paris where she is also responsible for the German-French Desk.
