Taïbou M’Baye is the managing partner of Mazars in Senegal. He is a certified public accountant and has led the accounting profession in Senegal for nine years as President and Vice-President of the Association of Chartered Accountants. He has an excellent knowledge of the accounting profession in general, both internationally and locally.
Taïbou is a financial sector specialist and has a good understanding of the architecture of the accounting regulations governing the banking sector in the WAEMU. He is the auditor of several financial institutions and actively participates in the reflection on the standardization activities of the profession.
