Europe Real Estate Leader

Claire is the leader of the real estate practice in Europe. Auditor and holder of a double master’s degree in Business law and Audit & Corporate Governance, Claire Gueydan joined Mazars in Paris in 2000. A Spanish speaker, she spent five years in Madrid, during which time she was involved in the creation of the banking audit and advisory department at Mazars Spain, and supported French businesses in their development in this very dynamic market.

Claire has been a partner since 2011 and signs off the accounts of major international groups of French origin in the real estate and banking sectors.
Since 2018, she has coordinated the consultancy department advising players in the real estate/building and public works sectors, both those for whom property is the core business (developers, land owners, investment funds) and company divisions for which real estate is a key strategic issue (property departments, workplace environment departments, finance departments). She leads a team of more than 15 staff members focusing on issues specific to the property sector, a business which they know inside out, to identify pragmatic, multi-disciplinary solutions with great added value.
Since 2017 Claire Gueydan has run the network of French Desks and French correspondents spread across the 89 countries in which the Mazars Group is active, the purpose of which is to support the growth of Mazars’ French clients outside France, major international PIE groups and SMEs.
