Julien is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Nantes and the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. He began his career in 2006 at Mazars where he specialised in the audit of large companies, particularly in the telecommunications sector.

He has expertise in the audit of groups operating in a complex, highly computerised and regulated environment. He has been working for more than 10 years with various players in the world of telecommunications, which he has been able to support in their transformation.

Senior Manager since 2013, he is in charge of the Telecommunications practice in France, which relies on a multidisciplinary team recognised by the Large Enterprise market and by national regulators. With his team, he participates in publications (studies, expert opinions, etc.) that help shed light on the sector’s major issues.

Since 2016, he has also been leading the development of the firm and more specifically of the Telecommunications sector worldwide. In this capacity, he participates in the development of sector expertise around a team benefiting from strong experiences acquired with the main market players.
