Paul is a Director of Sustainable Finance in Mazars’ Financial Services Consulting team. Paul has 28 years’ experience in financial services, of which 13 was with UK regulatory authorities and 4 at Arthur Andersen’s Financial Markets Division. Paul has been responsible for the negotiation, design and implementation of several EU and UK financial services policies and represented the FSA and FCA on international regulatory bodies. He is both a prudential and ESG risk, regulatory reporting and data expert.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant specialising in Financial Services firms accounts. He has a PhD in Financial Economics/Financial Regulation and an Undergraduate degree in Economics with Accountancy.
